Light drizzle doesn’t affect the result — clean glass and pure water don’t spot in rain. If the forecast calls for heavy rain or high winds, we’ll email you the evening before and move you to the next available slot at no cost. And if rain does mark your windows within 24 hours of a clean, we come back and redo the affected glass free.
Screen removal, washing and drying is included in the Crystal Clear and Estate packages at no extra charge — each screen is labelled and refitted to the opening it came from. On the Sparkle Starter package screens are rinsed in place; full removal can be added for $4 per screen. If a screen is already damaged or brittle, we’ll photograph it and check with you before touching it.
For exterior-only work, no — just leave gates unlocked and pets inside, and we’ll text photos when we’re done. Interior work does need someone home to let the crew in, though we’re happy to work with a lockbox, a concierge, or a neighbour if that’s easier for you.
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your slot — use the link in your confirmation email, no phone call needed. Inside 24 hours we ask for a $45 fee to cover the crew’s reserved time, and we waive it for genuine emergencies. We never take a deposit, so there’s nothing to claw back.
A townhome exterior usually runs 60–90 minutes. A standard single-family home inside and out is typically 2–4 hours with a two-person crew. Estates and commercial sites are scheduled individually once we’ve confirmed the window count. Because pricing is flat, the clock never changes what you pay.
After the walkthrough, once you’re happy with the work. We take credit card, e-transfer and cheque on site, or we can email an invoice with Net 15 terms for commercial accounts. Nothing is charged at the time of booking.
